    She [Cate] meets you where you're at. And then starts from there. If you're worried about the coaching app, it's really easy to use. Also when you go away you can take it with you on your mobile device. There are videos that help with the various movements. I was skeptical in the beginning. But because I already knew Catie, well I was in. Here's what changed for me... It started with working out consistently. Joining a new gym that I knew I would go to versus having a membership to a gym and not going ever. Slowly I started changing my diet. Hydration is better than it has been in a very long time. Sleep is better than it has been in a long time. Oh did I mention I was in perimenopause? Yeah, that too has also changed for the better for me too. I can't begin to explain to you all of the layers of the onion that she has already peeled back. Let's just say I have a better relationship with myself, my food, my sleep, and the people around me.     To say Caties services at NGT are Life changing oddly does not do it justice. I had misconceptions about what I thought a trainer was going to tell me to do. I thought she was going to tell me to do 100 sit ups, run 1 million miles, and eat salad every day to look fit. In reality she customized a simple and flexible routine I could follow of 30 min cardio 3 days a week and 2 days of weight training using what I have available (dumbells, resistance bands, ect). The workouts were only one tiny piece. She has talked to me in grocery stores while I was in tears not knowing what to eat anymore because of my significant dietary restrictions. She feels like a true invested partner guiding me in this health journey. In less than 6 months I have lost 10 lbs fat, gained visual muscle, stopped drinking, been able to discontinue metformin and birth control for PCOS, high blood pressure medication, Adderall, antidepressant, and rescue inhaler. The biggest change of all though is my chronic pain and injury has decreased by 80% !!!!!!! She is a true and genuine human being using her talents to help her clients grow.

    Since I have started working with Catie a few months ago, I have learned so much & always look forward to talking with her! I never realized how much my menstrual cycle effects my every day life, how important it is to consume to right amount of fiber/protein in my diet & most importantly, I have learned from Catie, that my journey will be different then someone else’s. I have always tried to do what everyone does like fasting.. specific diets.. specific workouts & I never understood why it wouldn’t work for my body… insert Catie.
