The Troy Turkey Trot is the 12th oldest road race in the country and a beloved Capital Region tradition. With distances from the 5K Run/Walk to the 10K, plus a 1 Mile Turkey Walk and Grade School Mile, there’s something for every level and every family member.

NGT Coaching is gathering as a team to make this historic event about more than just the miles — it’s about community, gratitude, and celebrating women’s wellness together. Whether you’re walking, running, or cheering from the sidelines, you’ll have support and encouragement every step of the way.
